Following a degree in English Literature and Language, Vicky spent several years living in the Middle East bringing up her family during which time her interest in astrology was sparked.

Ongoing study followed together with development into colour analysis, tarot, image design and most recently, life coaching. Vicky’s interests include metaphysics and mythology and her resulting designs are innovative, contemporary and colourful with themes such as feng shui, angels and fairies, love and passion, heaven and earth, sun and moon and the elements.

The starting point for original commissions to bring ideas and designs to life is an intuitive understanding of an individuals colour energy, as well as a unique way of visually interpreting the themes in a birth chart. Starting with commissions for originals in 1999, Vicky has developed a strong and distinctive style.

Using handmade papers and handwritten script, her dream-like highly original designs are translated into images for art prints, greeting cards, and wedding stationery as well as bespoke design for small business’s looking for a unique look.

Vicky's interests and work now combines through three distinct strands of Visual Horoscope Art,  Square Moon Gift Co and her  coaching practice Vicky Coombes  through which she specialises in confidence coaching and Theta DNA healing.
